We are hosting a craft fair on Sat 8th October from 10 am till 3 pm in the church in conjunction with “Pride in Our Town Week”. Tea and coffee will be available in the church and in the hall as usual. Stalls include cards, jewellery, gift hampers, paintings and prints, photography studio, head and neck massages, beauty potions and lotions. Children are welcome to come and make their own crafts to take home.
Free entry and all are welcome, so why not come along and make a start on your Christmas shopping.
Christmas party starts at 4 pm with games, food and a visit from Santa for any children who have been good. Its followed by a carol service at 6 pm.

The annual Big Event will not disappoint this year as we present ‘AUGADOON’ – A Scottish Extravaganza for St. Andrew’s Night, including a 3 course dinner and drinks.
Programme to include all manner of things Scottish, with the haunting tale of “Augadoon” where the locals are put to sleep in the Highland Mist for 100 years.
7 pm for 7.30 pm start.

On Sunday 23rd October we invite you to ‘Sing for your (Fish) Supper’. The new famous, or should that be infamous, All Sorts Choir are singing in St. Augustine’s church where they were born during 2011.
A concert of 2 halves with very freshly made Fish Suppers in the break.

Meet under the cedar trees for ‘A taste of the Lebanon’ followed by ‘The Da Piski Code’. An evening of great food and an exciting quest through the ancient world to unlock the treasure of the Phoenicians. There will be a special appearance of the Balloch Belly Dancers.
The fun starts at 7.30 pm in the Community Hall. Cost £8 (£7 for Friend’s members).
